Board of Management

Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre (WNC) Board of Management guides the direction of various aspects of the neighbourhood centre. There are eight volunteer Board Members as well as one City Councillor for Ward 10 Spadina-Fort York (who is an ex-officio voting member).

Bring your interests and talent to WNC and we’ll put them to good use! Volunteer Board positions are elected for a 4-year term at the WNC Annual General Meeting. Elections are open to all current WNC Members. The majority of WNC Board Members must live within our catchment area – no more than 4 WNC Board Members may live outside of our catchment area.

Share your expertise with Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre

WNC Board of Management continues to seek dynamic and committed WNC members who can help us achieve our goals by serving as a member of a Sub-Committee. We are looking for volunteers with skills in communications, fundraising, finance, legal, policy development and parent participation on Advisory Subcommittees for our children and youth programs.
