WNC is required to finance 100% of our program costs through fundraising efforts. Offering more than 546+ program sessions each year, WNC is grateful to receive financial support from community minded corporations, foundations/agencies and individuals. Charitable donation tax receipts are issued by the City of Toronto for donations of $20 or higher.

Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre welcomes 48 children each week to our Summer Daze Camp. Our campers make new friends, go on exciting trips, play fun games, and experience the outdoors at the waterfront. Having a positive summer camp experience helps to build self confidence and leadership skills that will last a lifetime.

We do our best to keep camp fees as low as possible – local neighbourhood families pay $87 per week. Still, there are a number of families in the community who need financial assistance to help them send their children to camp.

No one should go to bed hungry.

A $50 donation will provide a grocery card for a family that is struggling to make ends meet. A $25 donation will provide a grocery card for an isolated individual or senior who is living on a fixed income. Donations of $20 or higher are eligible for a charitable donation tax receipt issued by the City of Toronto.

Volunteering for programs at WNC is fun and rewarding! Whether mentoring youth, assisting in programs, helping at community events or working on a special project ~ we have a place for you!
