TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker. Exercises are designed to increase strength, balance, mobility and overall health. For more information please leave a message for George: 416.392.1509 ext. 411

    Come garden with us! Each year we grow organic vegetables, herbs and flowers in our Community Connect Food Gardens. Learn new skills, teach others your green thumb tips or just come enjoy the outdoors! No experience needed and all ages are welcome!

    Positive Inter-generational relationships can help sustain healthy childhood development and connectedness in an often isolated society. Grandparents aim to facilitate these extended family bonds and inter-generational relationships through activity engagement such as storytelling, arts and crafts, special events and community engagement.

  • Share the Music – Seniors Orchestra

    Join our senior’s orchestra program and discover your musical skills with different instruments. Learn a variety of instruments taught by musical instructor Cliff.

    Class fee is: $25 per month or $5 a class. Pay instructor.

    Additional costs: If you need to rent an instrument $25 instrument deposit plus $10 a month instrument rental fee.

  • WNC Community Computers

    WNC has 2 computers available for general use and 1 computer for resumes on a first come, first serve basis. There is a 30 minutes limit per use. Computer have Internet access and Microsoft Office.
