Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker.     Positive Inter-generational relationships can help sustain healthy childhood development and connectedness in an often isolated society.     WNC has 2 computers available for general use and 1 computer for resumes on a first come, first serve basis. There is a 30 minutes limit per use. Computer have Internet access and Microsoft Office.
