TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker.   • Neighbour 2 Neighbour 2.0 – by appointment

    Neighbour 2 Neighbour 2.0 is a project that matches enthusiastic volunteers with isolated seniors in the Waterfront community. This collaboration of four agencies is to maximize available resources to create a sustainable friendly visiting program. N2N 2.0 Partner agencies are The Neighbourhood Group, West Neighbourhood Centre, PARC –Parkdale Activity Recreation Centre and Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre. Volunteers work to support seniors with social and practical needs.

    Offered by FoodShare Toronto with the support of WNC. The boxes are delivered and picked up at 150 Dan Leckie Way. The Good Food Box program delivers fresh, affordable in- season produce.

    WNC has 2 computers available for general use and 1 computer for resumes on a first come, first serve basis. There is a 30 minutes limit per use. Computer have Internet access and Microsoft Office.
