N2N is a friendly visiting program offered free of charge to waterfront community members. Please note that appointment support is provided to registered N2N clients. Contact us for full details: 416.392.1509 ext. 326.

TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker. Exercises are designed to increase strength, balance, mobility and overall health. For more information please leave a message for George: 416.392.1509 ext. 411

    This is a FREE open art studio that everyone is welcome to join! Bring your art materials/supplies and use this time to work on a project like drawing, painting, scrap booking, knitting, crocheting- whatever you enjoy creating! Individual and Group Projects welcome.

    Adult and Seniors 10 visit class pass. Non-members pay 10% more! Adult fitness punch cards only allow admittance to adult fitness classes. Senior fitness punch cards only allow admittance to senior fitness classes.

    This new program is open to youth, adults and seniors! Throughout this program we will come together as an inter-generational vocal group and we will utilize iPad’s for song writing and music composition.   • NEW! HEALTH PROMOTION AWARENESS & EDUCATION

    WNC provides FREE workshops once per month covering a variety of health and wellness topics featured in the Government of Canada-Public Health Agency of Canada- Health Promotion Awareness Calendar. We will have Public Information Displays Boards and Health Outreach Tables at WNC and offsite at local TCHC buildings.

    Throughout the year health-related organizations will provide workshops (Self-Pain Management, Memory, Arthritis and more!) and information sessions will be offered by health care professionals and activists as well as WNC staff, Nursing and Social Services Colleges and Universities placement students.

    Have questions about computers, the internet, social media? We can help! This FREE project is open to all Seniors.     By moving through a set of 18 Qigong moves this class will improve your energy, youthful vigor and overall well-being.
