N2N is a friendly visiting program offered free of charge to waterfront community members. Please note that appointment support is provided to registered N2N clients. Contact us for full details: 416.392.1509 ext. 326.

Appointment support


Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker.     Adult and Seniors 10 visit class pass. Non-members pay 10% more! Adult fitness punch cards only allow admittance to adult fitness classes. Senior fitness punch cards only allow admittance to senior fitness classes.

    Adult Programs:10 Fitness Pass $77 for members | $85 Non-members. (Senior/Students get 50% discount)
    Senior Programs: 10 Fitness Pass: $28 for Members | Non-members $30.25



    All seniors are welcome to join this NEW free program featuring; Healthy meal options, cooking tips, tastings, nutrition updates and much more! Taught by a professional chef, this program has limited space to 10 seniors per session and has a total of 5 sessions. Registration with Elizabeth is required to join.
