Recreational Adult Sports (18+ years)

Come and enjoy non-competitive recreational sports at WNC! Spaces are limited, first come first serve. All participants must register by 8:00 pm for all adult sports. After 8:00 pm there will be no admittance. See program details below.

TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker.
