Fitness Passes & Fitness Punch Cards

10 Visit fitness passes are available for adults and seniors. Adult fitness punch cards only allow admittance to adult fitness classes.

Senior fitness punch cards only allow admittance to senior fitness classes.

Adult 10 Visit Fitness Pass $ 70 | Senior 10 Visit Fitness Pass $25 | Non members pay 10% more!

Recreational Adult Sports (18+ years)

Come and enjoy non-competitive recreational sports at WNC! Spaces are limited, first come first serve. All participants must register by 8:00 pm for all adult sports. After 8:00 pm there will be no admittance. See program details below.


TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker. Exercises are designed to increase strength, balance, mobility and overall health. For more information please leave a message for George: 416.392.1509 ext. 411
