Recreational Adult Sports (18+ years)

TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker.   • T.I.M.E PROGRAM – Session 1
