TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker.   • Baby and Me Yogalates

    Do something good for you and your baby. This fusion of Yoga and Pilates incorporates interaction with your baby (up to 12 months) while increasing your core strength, reducing stress and re-energizing you!
