Come and enjoy non-competitive recreational sports at WNC! Spaces are limited, first come first serve. All participants must register by 8:00 pm for all adult sports. After 8:00 pm there will be no admittance. See program details below.

TIME

Offered in partnership with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, TIME (Together In Motion and Exercise) is a modified exercise program suitable for adults with mobility challenges who can walk at least 10 meters and may use a cane or walker.   • Body Sculpt and Condition

    Tone and strengthen your body while improving your endurance. Fun and energizing. Now with Metabolic Training. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!!

  • Cardio Pump

    Burn calories and build muscle, endurance and strength in this combination cardio and circuit- training workout! The class will include drills, weights and resistance training. Class includes an optional 10 minute cool down.

    This class helps moms-to-be reduce tension and improve flexibility. This class is great for relaxation and learning breathing techniques that may help your during labour and delivery.
